We take hygiene seriously. Our cloths are colour-coded and designated for specific office areas, and are washed and disinfected after each use. Most of our products are mild, with a fresh, clean scent that lingers long after we leave. Please inform us if you have surfaces requiring specialist products or are prone to damage during our initial visit.

What To Expect
- Discuss what to expect from your cleaning services and the areas we will cover.
- Ask any questions and highlight any problem areas.
- Inform us about surfaces that need special care or are easily damaged.
- Choose the days and times that best suit your schedule.
- Allow 3 to 4 visits for a cleaner to fully familiarise themselves with your office and establish a routine. This timeframe can be shortened with an initial deep clean.
- Communicate any issues or schedule changes with your cleaner or Amy, providing at least one week’s notice if possible.
- Discuss any additional services like steam or carpet cleaning with your cleaner or Amy
- All our staff are paid a fair living wage, ensuring they work happily and provide outstanding service.
- We maintain consistent standards across all our staff. You will have the same cleaner(s) each visit, and any temporary replacements will seamlessly continue the work.
- All cleaners hold a DBS check, available upon request, and are fully insured for your peace of mind.
