Hygiene Matters
As professional cleaners, hygiene is paramount to us. Our cloths are colour-coded for each area of your home and are washed and disinfected after every use. Most of our cleaning products have a mild, fresh scent that lingers long after we leave. If you have any surfaces requiring specialist products or those that are easily damaged, please inform us during our initial visit.
What To Expect

- Ask any questions and highlight any problem areas.
- Inform us about surfaces that need special care or are easily damaged.
- Choose the days and times that best suit your schedule.
- Allow 3-4 visits for your cleaner to become fully acquainted with all areas of your home and to establish a routine. This timeframe is reduced if you start with a deep clean.
- Notify your cleaner or Amy if there are any issues or if you need changes to your schedule, giving at least one week’s notice where possible.
- If you need additional services such as oven cleaning or grout whitening, please let us know.
- We ensure all our staff receive a fair living wage, allowing them to work happily and provide you with a sparkling home.
- All our cleaners are trained to the same high standard. You will have the same cleaner(s) for each visit, but if a replacement is necessary, they will seamlessly continue the work.

- We will confirm receipt of your request and provide an estimated waiting time, typically around 2 months or less.
